Craigville Power Equipment

Purchased a new washing machine from Craigville Appliance and delivery was today. The process from start to finish is always so easy. Able to quickly purchase our washer and set up delivery in the same week. Max and Lucas were our delivery guys. Removed the old and brought in the new washer, set it into place and made sure it was operating correctly and then gave me a lesson in how to operate it. Max and Lucas are so polite and respectful of our home. This is our second purchase and delivery with Craigville and we will never buy from a big box store again. The service you get here is exceptional and it’s an everyday thing. When it comes to customer service these guys get an A+! Thanks guys for another great experience.

I looked high and low for a discontinued Weber grill. I was able to find one at Craigville. They made the ordering and pick-up easy. Communication was great and I was alerted right away when it arrived. I drove from Massachusetts to Indiana and the Craigville team was very helpful. I'd buy from them again even though they are 810 miles away. Thank you!
