The repairman arrived within the scheduled timeframe. He kept me informed of what was going on and how he was going to handle it. I asked about just buying another dishwasher. I was pleasantly surprised that fixing the one I have was in my best interest. I appreciate his honesty.

CAN'T WORK ON LG FRIDGES!! I called and scheduled an appointment for someone to check my LG Fridge, it just totally stopped working without any warning. Told this to the lady on the phone and they sent someone out. The "repair guy" comes out and looks at it, runs a test and is like yea it's the compressor and HE doesn't replace them. Acts like he doesn't know how. Says he will have someone call me back about scheduling someone else to come out. So, 2 days later I don't receive a call, but a random text about rating my service. I'm like what service?? I call them back to see what happened to my follow up call. And this new lady answers the phone and proceeds to tell me they don't fix compressors for LG!!! Like what?? Gave me a sad story about how its been hard to find a good repair guy for this kind of stuff. She lacked the ability to explain why it was so hard to fix these fridges. Even though she said she had been in the business for over 10 years. Didn't explain to me why the repair guy said they could. She said she would have someone else call me to explain things better, which never happened!! She had an attitude and was just horrible! Not professional at all. I'm out $80 for a service call for someone to tell me my refrigerator is not running, like a bad 90's joke. Just like this company --A TOTAL JOKE of an operation!! Not sure how companies operate with poor skills at all levels!! I wouldn't call these people to fix anything!! Total waste of my time and money!! Thanks for nothing!!
