He ripped us off. He sold us a dryer with a weak heating element. Then he tried to blame us for not cleaning the lent trap out. We went to Lowes and got a dryer that works. It heats up right away. He also tried to tell us that we can only put one thing in at a time. I called and texted him lots of times. He never responded
