I can't believe I have to write this review about a well known business. I purchased a brand new fridge the whole package cost me $1000. They had to come to my house 3 times to fix it because the ice maker they installed incorrectly flooded my kitchen floor 3 times!! No one has done anything to correct this situation, not even called to see if it is still working. They had no problem taking my money but can't even call to see if I am happy with my purchase. The store manager will NOT call me back and when I talked to him the first time he couldn't get off the phone with me fast enough. I have never been treated so horrible when spending the amount of money I did. I will go without before I EVER give them my money or business ever again.

I can enough great things about this company. First off I went into the store thinking there is no way I can afford this place. My salesman was amazing. The prices he gave me for my appliance were great and affordable. I had my appliances delivered on Saturday 20th and the delivery guys were awesome. Installation was great and they were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend everyone to go here to buy there appliances you won’t be disappointed

I had two great experiences here. One when we bought our refrigerator and a separate time when we bought the matching dishwasher. Julie was our contact and she was fantastic to work with. But it was the delivery person, a gentleman in his 60s, who made such a difference. I wish I got his name! Prior to the delivery, we had an electrician come in and positioned the outlet for the dishwasher in the wrong place. The delivery man was able to readjust it and get our dishwasher flush against our kitchen cabinets. The result was great and perfect. Thank you so much to the both of you! And when we’re ready, we’ll be back for the matching microwave!
