He got right to work was efficient with this time, did a great job, and gave us advice along the way about my particular model. I would call Murphy appliance back in a heartbeat for all my appliance needs. They were great.

James was extremely professional and did a great job trying to fix our dryer problem. I appreciate how he kept us in the loop as to when he would be arriving at our home. His rate was reasonable and he was upfront explaining our options. Communication is extremely important to us b/c the company we previously tried, was bad at communicating and very inaccurate in their texts after we had cancelled their services. We will definitely use James in any future repairs.
