I bought a built in microwave from Terre Haute Indiana location which needed to be shipped to the Columbus location since I live in Ohio. I dealt with Hannah in Indiana who did an amazing job. She is very friendly and answered my many questions and request before buying. Even after I picked up the microwave in Columbus I spoke with her about a situation I experienced there and she relayed it to her manager as a learning experience. She was very professional and made the transaction a breeze. Just wanted to give her a big shout out for her customer service!!!!! Thanks again Hannah.

Stopped in today on a holiday because our washer went out this morning. I had already pretty much made up my mind on the washer and dryer I wanted before arriving. Thomas was able to help me confirm my selection and went through the features and benefits of the brand I wanted to help me narrow down which specific model to get. He made the buying process simple and easy and helped load the new items into my truck. Great customer service and went over the warranty information in detail. My sister was looking for a dishwasher so I went with her. We stopped at Appliance Factory and was helped by Thomas Robinson. He said this was his 1st week there. He was so helpful in explaining about the different brands and was so knowledgeable about them. He would even tell us several times, he would walk away and let us discuss things in private. Tim Ray was simply amazing during the entire experience! Not only did they price match the washer and dryer of my dreams but they even beat the top competitors price! And with a delivery date almost half a month sooner! He was also very patient and helpful during the purchasing process. Needless to say if we ever are on the hunt for house hold appliances he will be our go to guy!
