I love it when a company cares enough to contact the customer just to make sure the correct part.is ordered. This is truly a spectacular business to use when you are looking for replacement parts and other products. Great job!

Their customer service deserves 5 stars. I’ve been looking for a Frigidaire top rack that doesn’t cost as much as just buying a new dish washer. I contacted this company and they directed me immediately to where I could get one even though they didn’t have them in stock. This honestly has saved me so much time and stress to figure out on my own.

Great price, nice people, and they double checked it would fit before they shipped. I really appreciate stores that take a personal interesting making business transactions right the first time. Fantastic store!! And the price was outstanding!

Great experience. Ordered a hard to locate part and then our great postal service sent it to the wrong part of the country. These folks kept me up to date as it made its trip halfway across the country and then to me. Would highly recommend.

Great experience with Good Appliance! From ordering to delivery to return to canceling the return. All 5 stars. The part worked perfectly… even without the big hammer.
