Their team went above and beyond, squeezing me in for a same-day service appointment to diagnose the issue. That level of customer care is incredibly rare these days, and I was genuinely impressed. Because of the outstanding service, I ended up purchasing a dishwasher from them, and I can’t wait to have it delivered! It’s clear they truly care about their customers and stand behind the products and services they offer. “I had a scheduled appliance appointment and after calling at 11:50 am because I didn’t recall ever been given a time frame was told a 12–4 p.m. window. I continued to wait, and wait and By 5 p.m., still no update. I had to call again, only to be told the prior job ran long and could see another hour on that job. I spent my whole day waiting. I expected professional updates, not to be chasing down answers.” I know things happen- but again lack of forthcoming information and lack of respect for a customers day is why I won’t use this company.
