We waited 5 months for a chair, the finally say they will deliver and don't, took a day off we waited till 5 , still no chair, of course they are already paid.. you can never reach them by phone.. this is not a place I will do business with again

Actually went in here looking for directions guy was super helpful but I couldn't help but look around they have a lot of cool things in there from an energy efficient freezer with a vintage look to water filtration system r/c hobbie stuff or quality pot and pans they do not however sell unlocked phones

Dena was very helpful with replacement of Kitchenaid Fridge & beat the big box store in Omaha in price. Installers did a great job & were very friendly. Definitely would recommend!

First off what a complete joke this place is. Spend your money and time elsewhere. We bought a fridge from here and it has given us nothing but troubles from the beginning. We ordered a fridge back in October of 2022 that came with dents and scratches in all 3 doors. We didn’t get the replacement for those until May of 2023. When the guy installed those he had no clue what he was doing and hooked something up completely wrong and so now we are unable to use our water and ice. Essentially ruined it. We have had service men in and out of our house the past 2 weeks and nothing has been accomplished. I am so sick that I spent so much money on something that isn’t even fully functional. It has been nothing but ridiculous with this place and I will never be back here again to buy anything else from them.

Unfortunately not everything goes well. I find it to be very important that a replacement appliance is provided without hassle when an extended warranty is purchased and a brand new appliance fails. Happy to receive my money up front but not eager to follow through with the replacement. I did have a good experience a few years ago when I bought a dishwasher so 2 stars.
