Grand Appliance and Tv

I told the sales person what I wanted in my washer and he showed me it was on the floor and then he said there is another one that has an impeller rather than agitator. He came back about five minutes later and showed me a picture of what he had in stock and it was actually $150-$200 cheaper than the same model that was on the floor so I got that and they’ll take my old washer out of the alley. I was very pleased with his service. And I had been to grand appliance several years ago when I bought my Bosch dishwasher and I’ve been very pleased with that. I found out that they do make service calls on my dishwasher so that was even a plus I’m very glad I went there and when it comes home to buy my refrigerator, I will definitely come back.

I’ve purchased a handful of appliances over the years but none from Grand. Went there at the recommendation of my wife’s friend. Really was impressed by the selection offered and the friendly & knowledgeable salespeople. John D. was outstanding The fact that Grand has their own service department was a big selling point. The ordering process was easy. Had delivery in 4 days. Delivery personnel were outstanding. In and out with no fuss. Highly recommend Grand!

Kyle and stephen were excellent installers. They were prompt , courteous and full of useful information. However, our refrigerator has a slight leak where the water dispenses from the inside and it has been reported.So we will keep track of it to see if it clears up or if it's something we need to have service come out and repair.

Mike at Grand was great in helping us select our appliances. He was very knowledgeable and came highly recommended by Sieferts Lumber. When it came time for delivery, Grand kept us updated regarding the time frame the appliances would be coming, where I was in the order of delivery and how I could watch when we were next. The delivery peole were very respectful and made quick work of unloading the appliances we ordered.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience with Grand Appliance in Davenport from start to finish! From buying our new stove to the final install, everyone was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. I wish I could remember our salesman’s name because he was terrific — super knowledgeable, helpful, and never pushy, which made the whole process so enjoyable and stress-free. Then Devin came for the install and he was phenomenal. He made sure everything was perfectly level, working correctly, and took the time to explain everything to me. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right. 5 stars all around! We’ll absolutely be recommending Grand Appliance and using them again in the future. We only wish we would’ve discovered them sooner!
