I purchased a Thor 48” cooktop from this store and the owner said he would send me the correct kit to work for the gas type at our property. I have called and emailed and nothing… it’s surely not an expensive part… and at this point I will have to source on my own. Ryan is not a man of his word. I would not do business with them. Unfortunately I have to leave a poor review because I can’t even get anyone from Central Appliances to return my call or email.

I have shopped and shopped for appliances everywhere and always come back to Central Appliance for the quality and the savings. I have looked every store to try to find double oven gas stove with knobs on the top of the oven. No one sells them anymore. They all have the knobs for stove on the very front. None of the stores other than Central Appliance sells the stove with double oven with the triple safety knobs that you pinch push and turn! Never ever will I ever purchase another Maytag stove as they are Not safe at all. The sad thing is Maytag knows this and will do NOTHING ABOUT IT!!

If you are looking for an appliance highly recommend shopping elsewhere. I have contacted them by phone over 20 times to get an issue resolved and have been ignored over and over again. The sales associate (Alex) was very happy to help me when I was purchasing appliances. After the purchase Home Solutions by Central Appliances does not care about you or the customer experience. I usually do not leave negative reviews, but be aware once you purchase the sale is final and you are no longer important to Home Solutions by Central Appliances. I will never recommend this place of business to anyone and I will never purchase from them again. BE AWARE! Your $ will be valued and respected else where. Worst customer service I have ever received.
