I received my new microwave today from Dubuque Appliance. Thank you very much! They were wonderful to me. Jordan and Cory were the 2 delivery men. They were very friendly and very careful to not damage anything like when coming through a doorway. They took their time. They also cleaned up after the installation. I would highly recommend Dubuque Appliance for your appliance needs!

Great experience. After running around all day trying to find a fridge to fit in a kitchen, decided to stop here. Dalton was exceptionally kind and helpful, in finding me what I needed. His price was great and it had a 2 year warranty on parts and labor vs 1 year everywhere else. I needed it delivered today, as my elderly parents woke up to theirs not working. He said they were booked up until Monday but offered to deliver it himself once he got off. Now that’s what I call superior service and with a great smile, no less. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks so much Dalton and Dubuque Appliance.

From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by a knowledgeable salesman, he was knowledgeable and very helpful. I made my purchase of a washer and dryer and was scheduled for delivery the same week! The two young men that delivered were, friendly, respectful and professional! Highly recommend Dubuque Appliance!

Such an amazing experience!!!! I needed to invest in a new washing machine, as my LG top loader purchased elsewhere was no longer working after only owning it for 3 years. The previous LG top loader only lasted 5 years. So with that poor track record, I wanted to invest in another brand. My brother recommended Dubuque Appliance, and assured me that Dalton would take care of me. And that he did!! I tried a front loader, as I'd never had one before, and after using it that first night, I wasn't satisfied with the lack of water it uses compared to the top loaders. My fault for not doing my research on those...apparently it is normal for those front loaders. So I called Dalton that very next day when they opened, and expressed my concern and inquired if he would be willing to exchange it for the same brand (Samsung), but a top loader like I'm used to. He was VERY understanding of my concerns and allowed me to do that exchange. I ended up paying an extra $50.00 for the difference in cost of the machine, and he was very sweet with not charging me the full price of another delivery/installation fee. It was a kind gesture that I wasn't expecting. My new Samsung top loader is EXACTLY what I was looking for and even has a "deep fill" option to add more water when I want. The staff members that delivered/installed BOTH times were AWESOME and I really appreciated their hard work! Those machines are SO heavy, and they did a great job! My dryer wasn't working properly either at the same time, and even though we had purchased it elsewhere in 2019, it is a brand they sell, so was willing to have a technician come out to service it. Tanner was the technician that serviced our Maytag dryer, and he is the absolute BEST! Very knowledgeable, and kindest and genuine person!!! Thank you ALL for AMAZING customer service!!! I will definitely be continuing my appliance needs at Dubuque Appliance!!! Beth
