I was concerned the exceptional service and personalized attention would fade when Grand purchased The Appliance Barn. Boy was I wrong. The service, product and attention on every transaction continues to be stellar, from the sale to the install to after the sale. Access to more products quicker in stock is a huge plus! Props to rep Tony whose diligence, knowledge, communication and responsiveness makes the whole process easy, whether I’m purchasing a single appliance or an entire appliance package. 5 big stars for the Kalona Iowa Grand location for sure!

Both Larry and his install partner (I didn't catch his name) were so considerate and careful during the install. They treated my home with much respect and care. I was very thankful for their quick work and helpfulness. Another great reason to work with Grand! They have great installation specialist on top of great selection and prices! *** I haven't been inside the new location of Grands in Kalona, but WOW! So many models on the floor so you can get a good look and feel of how your new appliances will work. They had a lot of interesting luxury brands that were just fun to look at too! Even if you're not shopping for anything, it was a fun experience to just browse the store and see the different kitchen setups! I knew what I wanted, did some price shopping with big box stores and other local appliance dealers. Grand had what I needed, could get it sooner, and at a better price when delivery, installation, and haul away was considered. Special shout out to Kari! I'm getting my first convection oven and Kari provided some great tips so I hopefully reduce my learning curve. Overall great experience! Can't wait to start cooking!

We were very pleased with our experience at Grand Appliance in Kalona, Iowa. Our salesperson, Laura Yoder, was wonderful to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the appliances we were considering and patiently answered our many questions. Laura was never pushy or high-pressure, which we greatly appreciated. She provided detailed estimates for the different appliances we were interested in and promptly emailed us all the information we requested. After taking a couple of days to consider our options, we confidently decided to purchase the appliances. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service and positive buying experience.
