Mc Closkey Appliance

We bought a new stove at McCloskey and the sales man was very honest and straight forward. The price was comparable to other places we looked, but McCloskey delivered with no charge, took away our old stove no charge, and installed our stove no charge. Most other places can't and won't do all of those at no charge. I'm very happy we purchased at McCloskey's and will go back.

When I went shopping for my clothes washer they had time to explain a lot of details often not thought about. Very thorough and helpful. Had to order but they kept me in the loop of exactly when it would come in. Delivery was extremely fast and the workers very pleasant and helpful hooking it up. I will tell my friends to shop at McCloskey’s in Mason City!

When I walked into McCloskey appliance, I was greeted with a friendly greeting and was given very knowledgeable information on a stove and refrigerator. I didn’t know what I wanted and all of the features were clearly explained to me. I was able to set up a delivery date and time that worked perfectly for me. The delivery date was amazing because I received a call about 15 minutes before the truck arrived. The delivery guys were amazing! They were both very friendly and knowledgeable about my appliances. They even helped us catch one of the cats prior to opening the door so the cat didn’t get outside. It was a very relaxed and amazing delivery experience and I could not have had a better experience with the entire process. They hooked up the water line and made sure it was working without any leaks or problems at all. I look forward to replacing the rest of my appliances in the near future,

I needed to replace my refrigerator since it was no longer keeping items cold. The service team at McCloskey’s was very helpful and knowledgeable about the refrigerator I purchased. The delivery men were very friendly and professional. Very careful in removing the old refrigerator and installing the new one. I would definitely give them my business should I need to replace any other appliances.
