Beyond helpful with advice when our old washing machine (that we didnt even purchase through them) was giving us trouble and needed parts. After 2 weeks we ended up giving up on it and went to the shop and looked through the models on the floor. Lisa was beyond helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We brought our first brand new washing machine home and are absolutely pleased with it. Thanks so much Van Roekels!

We had a heating element blow out on our oven. Called Van Roekel Appliance. They sent out a service tech that day, diagnosed the problem and had to order a part. Had a part the next business day and had it working again. Both service trips lasted no more than 15 minutes. Very reasonable charge for labor. Didn't matter that it wasn't a manufacturer they didn't typically service. We were extremely pleased with the quick return to normal, especially over the holidays.

I called few weeks ago but the earliest they could come and take a look at my fridge is next week, so told them i’ll find someone else who could come quicker. Was able to get my fridge looked at and “fixed” by another person, but unfortunately, he was not able to fix it. I called this company again today, and the guy that I spoke to just straight out said “I can’t do it”, without even coming down and check it. The good reviews about how good their service is here is the opposite of what I’ve experienced today. Will not recommend this company to anyone.
