I had went to Bruxvoot’s home center to look at purchasing a recliner chair. The sales lady was very nice showed me a number of them. She gave me the price and asked me if I was a veteran and said since I was I would get a 10% discount I said great and thank you. Well we said we would come back in a few days. When we came back we talked with a different sales lady. I told her we were here a week ago and I would like to buy the recliner. When she was writing up the order I asked about the veterans discount she said there is no veterans discount I said last week I was told there is a discount. She then said no then she said well maybe a 5% discount . I then said I was told last week it was 10%. She said no only 5%. I should have said then no thank you and left the store but I didn’t. It’s really sad that the store can treat a veteran customer like that. Maybe that’s how only I was treated. Hopefully it’s not that way with other veteran customers. Not sure if I will ever go back to bruxvoorts.

We've bought a fridge, stove, dishwasher, couch, mattress, and rockers from them and have been very satisfied. Just purchased our second dishwasher and was very happy with our salesperson, Tyler and the sales process. Great people that treat you fair. Will be back when we need our next piece of furniture or appliance. Highly recommend them.

It's refreshing to still find great customer service! When our refrigerator quit cooling, we had to act quickly. From the knowledgeable, non-pressure sales experience to next morning delivery and installation, we couldn't be happier. Everyone was courteous and efficient. We even saved nearly $150 when Bruxvoort's matched a big box store's price. We highly recommend Bruxvoort's and will be back for future appliance purchases.

We have been purchasing from Bruxvoort's for many years. We have always been very pleased with our experiences and treated great. The staff are knowledgeable about the products they sell and very accommodating. Bruxvoort's has a great selection to choose from and the prices are competitive. When my wife or I walk into the store we are recognized by name and made to feel welcome. Our last major purchase was a stove, micro & refrigerator. Todd did a super job explaining differences in features and helping us make a decision. If we do need service, their technicians are so kind and helpful. They remember you from years back and go out of their way to exceed your expectations and represent their store well.
