Direct Appliance

We rolled in towards the end of the day looking for a new washer! Isaiah (hopefully that’s right,not 💯 on that). He was very knowledgeable and super nice. Straight to business and was really direct and very kind. Such a good experience. We bought a new GE washer with delivery, hauling our old one, and set up. Thanks guys and keep it up! Will gladly spend my money there in the future! Thanks Isaiah!

I bought a GE refrigerator and extended warranty over a year ago. I was so impressed with the service and the knowledge of the different brands. There was no pressure to buy. Just recently my freezer thawed out and I called them. A super repair man came in short order. It was my fault that the freezer thawed, a package of meat had dropped behind a basket causing the door to not close properly. My warranty covered the call. From now on no more shopping around for appliances. I will go to Direct Appliances from now on!

We purchased a Maytag dishwasher this month and had a very positive buying experience. When I walked into the store, Iziah offered assistance in reviewing the brands and options. No hard sell. Prices are competitive with the big box stores. Direct Appliance services what they sell, which is a big plus. We didn’t hesitate to buy their reasonably priced 5 year extended warranty. Caleb did an excellent job in installing the dishwasher, arriving on time, cordially answering questions, and demonstrating experienced workmanship. One comment about dishwasher brands… Consumer Reports ranks the American brands well below Bosch; however, Direct Appliance has display models for several brands to compare and the Maytag and Kitchenaid models - both made by Whirlpool - impressed me more than Bosch. So far, I am very happy with our Maytag MDB8959SKW, which is highly ranked by Wirecutter. We’ll see how well it holds up over time.
