If I could give 10 stars I would!… I’ve been so impressed with Anthony as my project manager for my flooring … it all started there with his assistance in choosing the best flooring choice for me … his eye (and knowledge) for design & color is top notch … then the installers came in and did their part … wow! do they know their craft! They were meticulous in prepping and laying our floor … Miguel and his crew always showed up on time and worked hard to give us the best floor. And always so polite in answering any & all questions I had. Anthony (project manager) also went above & beyond in answering my questions … always making time to be available. We pulled out our old wood flooring and carpet … laid Coretec Premium Blonde Oak in the living room, dining room and kitchen, also in our guest bath. I also want to mention that Dustin with Royal Flooring did all the measuring for the project… and I asked him all kinds of questions too… he was very kind and very knowledgeable. He gave me added confidence in my choice. Coretec is waterproof and pet proof … just what I needed! It’s also very quiet. I really like the 9” planks! I highly recommend Royal Flooring and working with Anthony and I also highly recommend the Coretec brand for LVP or LVT.

Sam did a wonderful job helping us with selections for our walkin shower as well as countertops for bathroom and kitchen. His knowledge made the process simple. He was also there to check in on work start and completion addressing any concerns. The workers were all very professional and did top notch work. I would recommend this company to anyone. I just wanted to write and state that Kase, Sara and so many others at royal flooring has been so nice and helpful with relaying our flooring. We will definitely be life long customers for Royal Flooring. They all have been so nice and helpful. We have not had much luck with this new house on other things so this was a nice change to finally get a company that cares so much about their customers and their company. They wanted to make things right and they went over and beyond to help us out and I highly recommend them for their flooring and any other products they have. 100% satisfied customers! We built a new custom home and Royal flooring provided flooring 5100 sqft plus bath tile for 5 full bathrooms. Royal flooring has highly knowledgeable staff and made what normally is a very difficult process to make selections a very pleasurable experience. Their installers came in on schedule, performed a high quality install and finished on time. While we worked with many of the staff we have a special acknowledgement for Kate Kiester . She is a very good designer, took time to understand our tastes and desires. She made recommendations that fit well with all the other colors in our home. Inspite being a large install, She along with the Royal team helped me stay within budget without compromising quality. We had over 150 people attend our house warming and everyone appreciated the different flooring , transition and colors that all blended well together. A big appreciation for Kate and the Royal flooring team.
