Superstore

Every time I've been to this walmart, there is no English speaking person to help me. At 3 to 4:30 in the afternoon, not one department with the exception of the pharmacy is answering their phones, including the operator! There is no one checking out people in the garden center. The only person that could be found stocking shelves in the department couldn't speak English. All she could do was point to the front of the store and say something in Spanish! It took the pharmacy more than 15 minutes to track down the store manager. That person was also a Spanish speaker, who offered no help, and could barely understand my concern. She handed the phone to another Mexican who said, "sorry for the inconvenience" , and hung up on me!" I'm done with Walmart. Never again will I patronize their stores. I'm so sick and tired of non-speaking people being hired in the US that offer no value to the shopping experience, offer no assistance, and waste my time.

This has happened multiple times... but yesterday I went to buy some native products and was surprised to see clearance. So I grabbed a few... went to register... out of 3 different products one wasnt ringing up right.... still full price.... so had a worker go check price and confirmed they were marked down but wouldn't give me the price...... Moral of story is they can charge you whatever even if they have it marked different and won't fix their mistakes.... I guess ill order more products directly from the manufacturer from now on

I went to Walmart yesterday and had the best experience ever! I met a worker named Vicky and she was very outgoing, she didn't treat me and my friend like we were just another customer. She made us feel very welcomed & it felt like we had already met, give her a raise or even employee of the month. She made our experience at Walmart one of the best ones to remember.

Had the door wide open at 530 so of course I walked in. Walked past 20 to 30 employees before someone finally came up and told me to leave because they werent open yet. Seems like simple business practice to keep the door locked if you aren't open. Then they wouldn't even let me check out because they still werent open. Garden city not a very worker friendly town if nothing opens up till 8 a.m.
