Every single interaction and transaction from the moment we stepped into the store was incredibly professional. Our salesman was remarkable in his knowledge of washers and dryers. He literally was knowledgeable about every brand and model that was on the floor. The delivery team was exceptional and professional as well. They arrived ahead of schedule but I received a text notifying me of that. They were incredibly helpful in running through the operational side of things. I can tell you that I will never buy another appliance anywhere else! Job well done!!

From the moment we walked into the store and we were greeted by Stan, to the week later delivery from Zeke and DT, our service was amazing. This was the best sales and delivery experience we have ever had, 10 stars. The detail and care that went into Zeke and DT getting our new refrigerator into our home, never touching a wall, or leaving a mark on our stairs and the way they worked together and presented themselves was so professional and they were so KIND. We have gotten deliveries from NFM for years and never has it been like this. I am so grateful we bought from a smaller family owned business that treated us with kindness and respect.
