Appliance Center

We purchased our washer and dryer with very little issues. At that time, all employees were great to work with, so we returned to purchase a new fridge and dishwasher. The initial purchase and the sales ladies in the store were great. Very friendly and accommodating. It is the installation team and lack of communication that’s turned into one disaster after another. Very nice kids installing BUT they lack knowledge and professionalism. There also seems to be a major lack of communication between the front team and installation team. I also am not sure I would spend the money for installation, you might be better off doing it yourself! Keep in mind, we received our appliances in August of 2025. It is now almost Feb 2026 and we are still dealing with the door issue!

Thank you to Geneva and the entire Salina Appliance Center for the wonderful experience with our shower renovation. Geneva and Jeff were so helpful with creating a far larger, far prettier, shower than we had before. The onyx is so so easy to clean and we are so glad we went with something like this over tile! Thanks again for a great experience!

I live 1.5 hours from Salina but was desperate to find a part for my washer since our local repair shops didn’t have one in stock. I called and spoke with John, who gave me advice on how to temporarily fix my machine until I could get a part shipped. He could have had me on a road trip to make a sale, but instead offered genuine advice with a solution I could do on my own. I’m so thankful for his honesty and integrity.
