Mohammed delivered a cooktop for me today and I already have him coming back with additional appliances in a couple days! He was incredibly helpful to measure size for the appliances I was uncertain about before and even gave me a heads up about needing an electrician to properly install it. Highly recommend this business for discounts on home appliances! No reason to pay double the price just because it's a little past the full warranty timeframe (my cooktop has 10 months left for example). This is a legit business that gave me a real invoice for the service and did not ask for payment until after it was delivered (an hour away mind you at no extra cost).

We have purchased a stove from this appliance store previously and again a dryer just yesterday. There is a variety of selection on new appliances that are affordable. The delivery and installation was fast and efficient. They also haul away replaced appliances at a great price. Mohammad was pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. This small appliances store has to be the best appliance store in town. Muhammad was very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. I came to buy a wall oven a year ago (which we love till this day) and now I’m back to buy a Bosch dishwasher. Superior quality appliances, I have been at a different stores in the area and Kc Appliances (In Shawnee) wins my business every time. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Great customer service! We worked with Mohammed at KC Appliances again. He is very knowledgeable. All of his appliances are new. We purchased a dishwasher and an induction range from KC Appliances last year. Recently, we purchased a counter depth Bosch Refridgerator. Mohammed delivered it yesterday. We are very pleased with it. Do not sleep on this place. KC Appliances is always our first stop for brand new appliances at great prices.
