We watch Chef Tom on Youtube and purchased a Yoder YS 640s pellet smoker and assorted spices online. On our way to a wedding in Wisconsin we decided to stop in the actual store. Barry was very helpful as we were looking at add the rotisserie attachment. He took us outside to look how one of the smokers was set up and we got to say hi to Chef Tom, who had just finished taping a new episode. Lots of products, worth the stop.
