My heat went out right before the storm of a century, and no one would sell me a blower motor over the counter. Luckily I was told be someone that AP would sell me one. I went in with a picture of my motor and the man at the counter knew what it was right away. Three hours later my home had heat and I was a hero to my family! Any time I need to fix something I’ll be calling AP.

This business is a life saver. Friendly knowledgeable service. I'm a DIY'ER I've saved a ton of money shopping here. They always have what I'm looking for. Just last week my air-conditioning went out . The hvac company I called wanted $500 to replace my capacitor. That's ridiculous I got the capacitor at this store for $45 it took me 10 minutes to replace the bad one. I do recommend this business!!!

Our church had to return furnace parts that totaled $262.83. I was refunded $253.95. When I questioned the difference in amount, the salesperson Brandon Parks rudely stated that it was because I paid with a credit/debit card. His condescending exchange of dialogue reflected his poor customer service and resulted in me asking for his manager's contact information. I contacted the manager 1 week later only to note that Brandon's lack of customer service was mirrored by Jason Taylor mgr. The church has been shorted $8.88 but I can't even begin to count the loss of sales that this business will encounter due to it's poor customer interactions!

25 years in the business & it shows. walked in the door with burnt out broken heating element, guy asks how we are doing & has a replacement in his hand before we could even reply. longest part of this was waiting for the receipt to print (which only took 15 seconds if that). excellent customer service & priced good (online is $4 cheaper & requires shipping). shop local hardin county.
