Axis Appliance Store

SCAM! They sold me a non working fridge. Customer Service then told me to return it to the store for "troubleshooting." When I returned it, the store clerk was completely surprised and said "they've never told anyone to return anything." Clerk asked for my number and said that Customer Service would call me any minute and to wait in the store. Waited 10 minutes, no call. He obviously didnt want it back in his store. 2 weeks went by and no call. So I called them and the operator just said its working and ready, didn't seem to check anything or ask any confirming questions. Went to the store and asked that the fridge be plugged in overnight. Returned to the store following day and still not working. I was told that only customer service can issue a refund. Customer Service is not answering now. I left 2 voicemails. I am going to report this as a fraudulent charge to my bank and alert the BBB. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Do not buy appliances from here. They will sell near new appliances, advertise that they have a warranty but they do not. A $1000 washer for $400 sounds great, But the reason this store has the appliance, and can sell it for so cheap is because it has already been deemed “unrepairable” by the manufacturer. Which completely voids any warranty you think you may have.

Most stuff is about 30% of retail price. Some is used and broken, some is new and broken. Lots of hidden damage once we got the equipment home. Few weeks of ordering parts on eBay and doing repairs. Lied about a warranty, none from manufacturer and the store warranty number is dead. Feels like a scam, only shop here if you are EXPERIENCED with appliance repair.
