I purchased appliances from Charlie Wilson several years ago, had a stellar experience and had not had to buy appliances since. Recently I opted to use Home Depot to replace an appliance in my Airbnb after seeing an online Memorial Day Sale ad. It could not have gone worse. The fridge was not even installed when it showed up (not as scheduled), it went back on the truck, the installers yelled at me and I was promised a full refund which I have yet to see. I went back to what I know and ordered something online from Charlie Wilson. Marcie from their store called me to review through some options for a fridge that we might be able to receive sooner, as every day that we are without a fridge is a day that we cannot rent to a guest. She spent 20 minutes or so walking me through options and really working with me to make sure that this time the experience was better, the appliance was quality and that we could get it sooner and get back to business. She could not have been nicer or more pleasant. The customer service that they provide is still that old school, white glove, friendly service. I don't know why I ever deviated, but I know I won't again. Charlie Wilson's is THE BEST option for appliances. Period. Our new fridge is arriving Friday and I know that I can trust that this time it will be right!

I had a great experience at Charlie Wilson’s! Friendly, knowledgeable staff! They answered all my questions, I bought the GE washer. They delivered my new washer, removed the old one, everything worked great! No complaints at all! We have bought several appliances at Charlie Wilson’s over the years, my wife and I have always had great success with all of our appliances. Definitely buy there again!

The best experience you can have while appliance shopping! Zero pressure but very knowledgeable in guiding me toward what I needed. The tactic was more of "you could" rather you "should." Great selection, and the best price as far as I could tell in my research. Delivery was also fast, friendly, and efficient. I was amazed at the whole process. I will recommend to everyone I know, and be back when I need something else.

The showroom was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse their wide selection of appliances and mattresses. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, answering my questions about different brands and models without being overly pushy. Prices seemed fair, especially with some promotions they had going on, though I noticed a few items were a bit pricier than what I’ve seen online. It’s a good place to shop if you want quality products and personalized service.
