They are dishonest. Purchased not one but 3 commercial refrigerators and freezer. After installing them the freezer makes a loud noise when in defrost. Then the door makes a beeping noise that an error message appears on panel. After calling owner telling them the situation the wife comes to look at it. She tells me about the door having issues. When we purchased the items we asked if there was anything wrong with the freezer and refrigerators we were told they worked perfect. They wanted us to rent another truck to take freezer back or send a tech to fix the freezer. We are still waiting for the tech. Now we are faced with a faulty freezer. Money wasted.
