Used to dread coming here now with the changes I can honestly say my experience 99 percent of the time is faster then going to csx due to csxs slow system

I had great customer service. The ladies I dealt with today were very nice and helpful. The only thing I don't like is that the signs for the lots are not easy to see or there aren't any. It's not a big lot but if you're new, it might be difficult finding where you're supposed to go.

Worst railyard I’ve ever been to, they have changed their standard operating procedure to bring your own chassis but it can take as long as 8 hours to get called around to receive your box. Customers have to pay storage and detention in some cases drivers run out of hours waiting. High school students could come up with a better solution to streamline this process.

They put undesirable people to scan and check the containers. They don't care that trucks are waiting there, they are watching YouTube inside the booth and they don't care about anyone who is working. There is no responsible manager working on this problem.

They have very bad service here, you arrive and the drivers have a very bad way of serving people. Long waiting times and they do whatever they want. You go to see the mechanics to solve any problem and they tell you that they can't help you until the next day, there is always an exception. The grueros pass by you and ignore you, they start talking among themselves and you have to wait until they feel like setting up the container for you. In short, the worst of the terminals.
