They came out to replace my washer and fix my refrigerator to start Crystal was very nice and understanding.... Mr. Hack was completely respectful and knowledgeable he got both things taken care of in a timely manner and even helped with a separate issue.... They are amazing!

Friendly people with a big selection of well maintained appliances. Reasonable delivery and good warranty/service terms. While I hope I don't need to buy another washer and dryer anytime soon, I'd certainly encourage anyone to check them out. It's worth calling for directions because it's easier to miss than you'd think. Edit: I forgot to mention that the number listed in Google is incorrect. Use the one from their Craigslist ads.

I drove from Louisville on a Friday evening. The place is hard to find. Since I got turned around twice, I showed up right at 5 when they close (I called ahead and let them know). The lady was friendly and wanted my business and kept the store open so I could purchase a washer. They had plenty to choose from with decent prices. 30 day warranties included. They also do service and maintenance. I would recommend. P.s. they don't negotiate :(

I needed a decent dryer until moving into our new house, Hack's provided just that. They offered a one year warranty and cleaned the unit to make sure I was happy with the purchase. I would buy there again!
