Green River Appliance and Furniture

Worked with Sarah on a purchase new LG fridge and we decided on a great appliance that should have fit and it did fit the space but the really nice fridge had very thick doors which would not allow the door next to wall open fully… no problem, Sarah found another LG almost identical that had doors with zero clearance, she exchanged and I could not be happier with the result. Delivered within 90 minutes by very professional and efficient guys. Beats the hell out of Lowe’s delivery guys that are just plug in and leave, if an issue not their problem. I also like the fact I have local service technicians.

We are fairly new in town and I asked around about places of business. We heard excellent responses about Green River Appliance. Well let me tell you they were right. What an excellent experience all around. Multiple choices of products, the salesman Rich was wonderful to work with, professional, knowageable, not at all pushy. Totally a positive experience. When we need any other appliances we will be repeat customers! Thank you and give Rich a raise!!

I came to purchase a speed queen washer TC50003WN. Online it shows it in stock and the store not closing until 5:30pm. I arrive at 4:20pm and the gentlemen is rude about picking up same day. Financing was only for 6months not 12months as advertised on the website. Website is not up to date with interest changes nor financing company changes! I was told I couldn't use my BRANDSOURCE financial card that I specifically got for this purchase due to "recently switched over to a different company within the last month or two". I will not be back. Lost my business for life. I wanted to shop local but spending over $400.00 more for the same product, same s.s. hoses, same warranty, and poor customer service with only a 6months financing option instead of 12month IF I applied for separate NEW company financing (another credit check). No thank you! I found the exact same washer in stock at Big Sandy Superstore in Evansville IN with 12months 0% financing. All the staff were polite, professional, and respectful. It was such a breeze working with Mark. They go above and beyond expectations in every aspect! You wont be disappointed at Big Sandy Superstore! Well worth the drive! Do better Green River Appliance!

I had an excellent experience at Green River Appliance! I've never shopped there before, but I definitely will from now on. It's a major plus knowing they will work on the appliances purchased from their store. The salesman was extremely nice and people friendly, which means a lot to me. He also worked hard to get the price as low as possible. I always appreciate that!
