They made two trips to our home a couple of years ago to repair a leaky dishwasher door seal...but the seal still leaked in the exact same location. More recently, their "repairman" made 3 trips to our home to repair our ice-maker...but the ice-maker is still not working. When questions as to why they couldn't seem to fix it, the "repairman" became rude and defensive. A total of 6 trips for two separate appliances and they couldn't get the job done on either. Completely incompetent.

I purchased a display Majestic Direct Vent fireplace. They were helpful in ordering the vent pipe and propane conversion kit but would not install the unit when our new house was ready. We had our HVAC guy install it. Fast forward 1 year and called them to order the blower to the unit and asked if they would come out and install it and do a yearly maintenance check. I get a call back from them that the blower is no longer available and they don’t deal with direct vent anymore and gave me an alternate person who also did not service this. Well the blower is available, and another dealer was able to supply it but couldn’t service our fireplace because it was not in their territory. I didn’t appreciate being lied to and the fact that Lakeside is the dealer and won’t service his territory…. Our family has purchased appliances and gas logs in the past and very disappointed.

My washer broke; they came out to try to fix it within 2 hours. It couldn't be fixed, so they met my criteria and my husband's (he's a trucker) and delivered my perfect washer within an hour! I couldn't believe it. Talk about customer service! I didn't even have to leave my house. And they like dogs. I'll never buy anywhere else. Thank you, Lakewoods!
