My husband and I had no idea it would be so difficult to find a stovetop in-stock when ours suddenly stopped working. When a referral had us call Crabtree, I spoke with Sherry who was not only very friendly but indicated they had something she felt would work. She then went so far as to give me the model number and send me photos so I could research before we drove all the way there (45 mins). When we arrived, Sherry was every bit as nice as she seemed over the phone. When she didn't know the answer to an electrical question my husband had, she found someone who did. This was our first time dealing with Crabtree and we couldn't have been more pleased with our purchase and especially with Sherry.

I've bought 2 sets of washer and dryer from Crabtree. The first set lasted about 3 yrs. The 2nd set (washer) tore up in 3 months. After so many issues with it . Im haveing to go buy a new one. I had it about 7 months total. Both sets were Maytags . Very disappointed. I've bought stuff from Crabtree for yrs. Not sure whats going on. I will go elsewhere from now on. And Crabtree has not tried to make it right. Sent repair man out that said it was a terrible made maytag. Make sure to do your research when buying appliances from them!

My elderly parent's A/C and clothes washer both went out on the same day. I was stuck at the house while waiting for tradespeople to fix the A/C, but a phone call to Crabtree Furniture Company got everything taken care of washer-wise. Sherry asked all the right questions and matched me with a new appliance. She promised delivery, set up and removal. She took it in stride when I ended up asking to change the delivery time and even adjusted the price when removal wasn't needed. The delivery and set up were done the next day, and we're all happy. Shop local and ask for Sherry!

Crabtree Furniture gets an A+ from me. Super friendly people and very helpful. We had to order the piece I wanted, and they gave me an estimated time frame and it came in right when they said it would. The delivery was fast, with no delay, and the guys setting it up were nice and knew what they were doing. Very happy!! Will be doing business with them again.
