Highly recommend! He was on time, honest and extremely knowledgeable. Since it was a simple fix, he even showed me how to change the part myself in order to save me money and he found the part online cheap for me to buy. He was extremely polite and professional. About 5 minutes after he left he came back to my door and handed me the part I was going to buy. He said he found an extra one on his truck and he refused to take any money for it. He gave me the part for absolutely free!!! I will be using him for everything I can. I’ve not had this good of service from anyone in a really long time!!! Thank you again!!!

Came home on a Thursday night to a washer that would not work. Searching for repair places and of course nothing is open. I came across Allbrand Appliance Services and the website said to text now. I did and recorded an immediate response…. From a real person! They were able to come out in less than 48 hours, which was a Saturday! Cannot say enough good about this business! Highly recommend and will use in the future!

You couldn't do better than this man. We bought a stand-up refrigerator/freezer early last summer, and within a couple of weeks the thing started freezing up on the back wall of the freezer and the refrigerator was holding out a steady 52°. We left him a message and he was out as soon as he was able. Very nice man. He replaced the heating element AND ended up giving us half off what we should have paid, because he knew we weren't doing well financially. A few weeks later, the thing started doing the exact same thing. Again, he was out as soon possible. This time, after replacing the thermistor, replacing another element and putting the thawing system on a timer, he decided to charge us nothing and chalked it up to the previous element being faulty. Believe it or not, it happened again a few weeks later. Same deal. Same routine, and he only charged us for the new element AT COST. So, he made absolutely nothing after coming out for a third time in just a couple months. It's been running well ever since he was here last. Fingers crossed. Great service.
