Bad. We ordered a new, full price fridge and were delivered what I think was a floor model. The door had dents and the computer dispenser wasn’t calibrated. When I tried to call our salesman he always magically just stepped out. When I finally got him on the phone he told me that he spoke with my husband and it’s all worked out. My husband had not spoken to him. He finally offered to order me a new door. He told me it would take a few months to arrive. Here we are a year later and no door. Very disappointing to see the lack of honesty, I should have gone to Lowe’s.

I wanted to share my delightful experience with the sales representative and manager at the Metaire/Kenner location. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They worked with me with price matching and had great deals. I was even impressed with the shipping pick up at the Harvey location.

When our 18 year old refrigerator died unexpectedly, we weren’t prepared to shop for a new one. We went straight to A-1 because we love their commercial. Keith told us straight up what’s-what with refrigerators and he even found us one within our restricted measurements in stock to be delivered in only one week. We couldn’t be happier. Thanks Keith! Bought a mattress here and it was a great experience. People were friendly and helpful without being too pushy. We went here for the special (buy a king mattress and get a free tv). It was as advertised no strings attached. You can also use the value of the TV toward something else in the store Delivery was next day and it was right in schedule. Delivery guys were very professional and friendly.
