Donald’s delivery experience was first class! He not only came in the middle of severe weather in New Orleans, but he graciously took his time installing my unit as as well as assisting two other gentlemen remove the old unit from my difficult entryway steps. It simply couldn’t have been done without him, and he was kind and could not have been more helpful through the entire process!
