If I could give the Manager Richard a negative 10 review I would!!!! The Shreveport location on the corner of West 70th and Mansfield Rd is Awful! I have been dealing with these people for over 3 YEARS!! But NOT ANYMORE!! I have NEVER been talked to the way RICHARD talked to ME! What made the situation worse was the manager’s behavior. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, he was dismissive, rude, and clearly uninterested in resolving the issue. Basic customer service and accountability were completely lacking. It felt once I addressed my concerns he NO longer cared about providing quality service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are far better options out there that actually value their customers and stand behind their service.

Never have a been so disappointed I paid for the insurance or whatever it is lost my job they called before the 15th said I lost my job all I got was oh now your playing with my money they came and took everything without any remorse like why did I pay the insurance for and why only 2 weeks late come and get my stuff…. Never again affordable

I just paid my living room furniture off .. FINALLY !! And I will NEVER .. and I mean NEVER RENT FROM AFFORDABLE AGAIN. RICHARD IS SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAD TO GO TO Texas in December to bury my uncle , and he was worried about a dang payment!!! Before the store even closed. I told him I left cash with my friend and she would make the payment before they closed. He kept harassing me and got upset once he didn’t like what I said !!! Canceled my payments for weekly and put it on biweekly. It’s not like I was late. He wanted the payment then and there

I’ll be glad when Im done with them for good. Richard is very rude and unprofessional. He hangs up in your face when he doesn’t like what you have to say. None of them coordinate necessary information to each other either. Theres no reason I should speak with one person and they ‘claim’ to put the information in your ‘file’ or ‘notes’ yet when you call back. Nobody knows what you’re talking about. Then everybody wants you to speak to Richard. When he’s the worst manager to speak to it. Once Im done with payments I’ll never shop with them or send any family or friends to shop with them.
