When I told him I would like my money back for the dryer that I purchased he said no I don’t do refunds. I said what you don’t do refunds but here we have a dryer that I brought to you once now I have to unhook it loaded back up in my vehicle bring it back to Slidell and I don’t live in Slidell again. I just want $140 back he said no I don’t do that but I’ll fix it for you. Yeah I’ll never do business with these people again and I urge you to consider you know who you’re dealing with I’m sure he’s a great guy you know but he’ll never get my business again. I am beyond disappointed.

Love these guys!!! I bought a washer and dryer from them 4 years ago and it still works. Anytime I have a problem with my appliances. They are always there to fix them.
