I purchased a washing machine on 6/24/22. I was able to wash one load a clothes before the washer started rocking and knocking during the spin cycle. I called to notify the company and was told that someone would come inspect it. A week later and several phone calls later someone came to pick up the washer. Three days later a different washer was delivered and it knocked and rocked during the spin cycle also. Now the owners don’t want to honor their warranty.
