We had the best experience buying a new washing machine - Jess was honest, understanding and very educated about the products - The delivery guys, Josh and Josh were so kind - they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with the machine and it's placement. Joseph and Caleb delivered a new refrigerator on our third floor walk-up today and could not have been nicer or more professional. They answered all of our questions and told us about the new appliance and warranty. The product is better than hoped for. Highly recommend on all fronts.

Had an over the stove microwave put in and was very happy with the two gentlemen that did the installing. They had to make some adjustments, they knew what to do and in no time it was installed. Also, cleaned up after themselves. Great experience and will go to Dave's Appliance again for other types of applicance

Everytime I need them to come out to fix something, it’s so hard to get a return call from them. The last time ( this Monday) I had called was for someone to come out to see if we need a new belt for our dryer so I called Monday right when they opened and the lady said that she that she would contact a tech to see if they have the part and they will get back to me. It is not Friday and they still haven’t called back. They do good work once you get someone to actually come out.
