The best appliance-purchase experience I have had. And at 80 I've bought many appliances. Everyone at Palmer's is delightful to deal with. It's an old-fashioned business in the sense that real service and attentiveness clearly matter most to the owner and staff. No sprawling showroom where you hope that someone, at some point, will realize you are there and need help. The Speed Queen washer I recently purchased was priced very competitively; delivered across state lines for no charge; and skillfully installed by Justin, who was great to talk to as well. Won't go anywhere else in the future, and highly recommend to all.

We originally purchased our refrigerator from Home Depot. When the installers from Home Depot finally showed up at 6:30 in the evening, they asked us if we had a tape measure. These were two many red flags for us to ignore. So we canceled our order and visited Palmer's the next day. They have come out to repair various appliances for us. Always very considerate & helpful techs, especially Josh, he’s awesome! We went in to purchase a new washing machine. Just beautiful, you aren’t saving money at “big box” stores! It’s worth checking out, seriously comparable pricing.

My washing machine crapped out on me, so we were looking for a new set. My Mom and other neighbors had recommended Palmers because of their customer service. I read so many bad reviews of big box stores, I figured I would have to check it out. Prices were similar or better and the knowledge the rep shared with me about all different types of machines helped me easily make my decision. We were able to get delivery within a week ans they took away th old machines for no charge. We did have an issue where the washer wouldn't lock, however the owner came by that evening to replace the part and we were good as new! Would highly recommend Palmers!
