They allowed someone to open a credit card in my name because they didn’t do their due diligence to check identification. And they couldn’t be bothered to respond to me, not even an apology for their lack of competence. I live no where near the store, nor the state, but I’d caution anyone from using them.

I’ve bought every appliance I’ve owned for the past 20 years from Brooks and wouldn’t think of buying anyplace else. The service is great. They even sent someone on Christmas Eve within an hour of my call The service people are kind, efficient, professional, and honest—not trying to sell me something I don’t need.

I just bought my 2nd appliance from R Brooks and Son in Cambridge, MD. I went into the store with an idea of what I wanted, they didn't try to upsell me on another one. I bought the one I wanted, had it delivered and the guys were really great. My first appliance was a Bosch dishwasher which was replacing a 2 years old GE. Both appliances work very well, (I haven't used the oven yet, but hope to soon) and I will buy from them again. They only charge $20 to recycle the old appliance, better than $50 from Lowes. The guys that deliver from R Brooks & Son are really good at their jobs. I will buy from again.

Very poor customer service and does not stand by their products! I bought a w house with a GE washing machine that was brand new. Two years later, a part broke on the washer and R Brooks quoted a price of $1800 to fix a $1000 machine. I ended up buying a new machine. Just today, I called to have my dishwasher handle fixed. I had purchased the handle because I thought it would be an easy fix. It is not, so I called R Brooks. They said there was no way they could use my part without even looking at it. And when I complained, they hung up on me. Rude owners who will sell overpriced appliances without standing behind them or appreciating returning customers. Repair staff has been very knowledgeable. I’m sorry they work for bad owners. I will Never buy from them again

R Brooks & Son is the only place to go for appliances. Their customer service is great. Everyone is so helpful and pleasant. The delivery guys were neat and very careful installing our appliances. The service that we received from Bobby and Omro was nothing short of fantastic! They worked tirelessly to fix our dishwasher. I was amazed at the expertise that these men had in working on our dishwasher. Thank you for a wonderful experience from start to finish.
