Rob was fantastic, called before he came by; got right to work, washing machine fixed quickly, had the part he needed, start to finish less than about 30 minutes. Got a call in the morning with the 4 hour window, he got here when expected and machine now fixed! Quick, easy, everyone pleasant, reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Happy new customer! :-)

I never leave reviews but this experience with this company leaves me no choice as a warning to others. recently our ge microwave/ convection oven would keep heating after the timer was up.keep in mind this was a upgrade From just a standard microwave oven that my wife wanted so having the oven in operation was important to my family I’m fairly confident in testing electronic components so I confirmed the door switches were good abc appliance’s technician shows up I explained I had checked door switches for continuity and where good so I was at a loss what was going on long story short according to them was the main control pcb board was defective and needed replacement and then they tell me it’s no longer available or manufactured !! We will sell you a whole new unit. Wrong answer I started trouble shooting a little more and discovered a stuck 12 dollar relay switch I sent the entire pcb board to core centric solutions for a complete rebuild today I received my remanufactured pc board and it works perfectly. No thanks to abc they are just a money grab I hope this helps someone before calling this outfit for service

ABC Appliance was sent out to repair our stove under our home warranty policy. The technician came out initially to assess and confirm the problem. Parts were ordered immediately and he returned within 10 days to complete the repair. We were given advance notice that the technician would be coming out and we were kept informed of the arrival time. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and careful in making this repair. We would highly recommend ABC Appliance!
