Unfortunately, we had to replace our range due to normal wear and tear. Bray & Scarff was our second stop. As we entered the door we were greeted with a warm welcome. As we moved to the range selection, Stacey came over and explained the ranges to us. She answered our questions and gave advice according to her own experience. Hands down the best experience shopping for new appliances. Jon was beyond patient, very knowledgeable, and really took the time to show me all the options, explain everything and answer all of my questions. I shopped at 6 different companies but Bray & Scarff consistently had the best prices and the best customer service. The delivery team was outstanding. I can not say enough great things about how efficient and professional they were. We purchased the GE black slate French door refrigerator and matching microwave. **update 2 months later, we love our new appliances. Due to an unexpected issue with our oven we just purchased the GE black slate oven and dishwasher. This time I emailed Jon telling him what we were looking for and he took care of business as usual. Great experience purchasing our cooktop. Jamie greeted me at the store and introduced me to the products. A friend referred me to Katelyn Jenkins, and Jamie graciously forwarded my contact info to Katelyn. Katelyn handled my order from start to finish, patiently and quickly answering my questions and responding to my emails. Alex and Jefferson arrived on time with the delivery and were professional and efficient in their delivery and installation. I’d gladly return to Bray & Scarff in Frederick for future appliance purchases.

We visited Bray and Scarf Frederick yesterday to learn our options to replace our built-in GE microwave oven that failed. We are long time Gray and Scarf customers from Rockville who relocated to Frederick. Our experience with Jon at the Frederick store yesterday afternoon was 100% productive, exemplary of the store brand. Jon patiently heard us out on everything we wanted to share. He took his time to authoritatively review several common sense perspectives that ultimately exceeded our expectations in terms of deciding upon the right product at the right cost. When you purchase online, you do so a bit blindly, plus risking that the product is damaged in transit and paying extra for shipping charges. I just finished the installation, after creating my own base to ensure that the new GE microwave fit in nicely with the previous trim from our 8-year old GE model that failed.
