One star is generous. Avoid Quality Kitchens at all costs. From start to finish, this was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Every delay, every unnecessary expense, every frustration traces back to their incompetence and dishonesty. The measurement team rescheduled our confirmed appointment, setting off a chain of delays that disrupted appliance delivery and forced me to rearrange my entire schedule through no fault of my own. When they finally arrived, they measured the refrigerator and oven spaces incorrectly and botched the assessment of the built-in installation. Based on their faulty recommendations, I paid to expedite an electrician to relocate an outlet that, as it turned out, never needed to be moved. That money is gone. They also committed to performing certain work, then backed out at the last minute, leaving me scrambling to find alternatives at additional cost. Despite photographing my appliances, model numbers, receipt, and installation area, it took an absurd amount of time for any of their findings to be communicated to Best Buy. I had to chase them constantly for updates, because proactive communication is apparently not a service they offer. Then came the installation team. They left my home a mess. Worse, they claimed significant cabinet modifications were required to accommodate the built-in appliance and quoted me more than $500 for the work. None of it was necessary. The actual fix was simply raising the cabinet doors above the appliance. They tried to charge me hundreds of dollars for work that never needed to happen, raising serious questions about whether their assessments are honest or just a way to pad the bill. The dishonesty is bad enough. The unprofessionalism is worse. Their team was rude and dismissive across multiple interactions. When I tried to resolve the dispute and hold them accountable for the written quote they had provided, even after they acknowledged fault, they hung up on me. That is not a customer service failure, that is a character failure. Quality Kitchens does not stand behind their work, their quotes, or their word. They will waste your time, your money, and your patience. Do not hire these people. Take your business literally anywhere else.

I bought a washer and dishwasher from nest buy. I had way better service from Quality Kitchens than Bb! The installers were professional, respectful, did the installation in a little over an hour for both appliances. They were friendly and very informative. I highly recommend them

This was a great experience! Jonathan and his colleague was very professional in installing my new washer and dryer. Took the time to explain everything regarding the install since I used gas. Checked my smoke detectors for carbon monoxide if working properly. Hauled the old machines out without any damages to floor and walls. Eveything is working properly! Thank you!

I purchased a new kitchenaid range from Best Buy. It was delivered and installed the first time by Quality Kitchens. John and his crew did an amazing job! Precise, informative, excellent service. Well the light oven wasn’t working so I told Best Buy I wanted a new stove. Brand new stove and oven light not working. Uggh. Second install with Phil and Trey - again same excellent service, super nice and knowledgeable! Great work Quality Kitchens!

I would highly recommend that you don't use this company for installation of appliances. I bought my dishwasher from Best Buy and Quality Kitchens was contracted by BB for the installation. The installation of the first dishwasher was okay but the installer didn't really take pride in his work. He didn't remove the protective film from the front of the dishwasher. Had he, he would have seen the two protrusions on the dishwasher door that was clearly a manufacturer defect. I called BB and they were very responsive and scheduled QK for the installation of the second dishwasher. The installer had an attitude when he came out. He said, "why didn't you ask for a break in the cost vs. me having to come out and replace the dishwasher? You know, there could be problems replacing the dishwasher." My question was, "Why would there be problems, you know what you're doing so there shouldn't be any problems." Maybe that's why he didn't do a good job on the installation. Take a look at the pictures. The first two pictures are of the dishwasher with the door closed. The dishwasher is not level. The top of the dishwasher is leaning forward about an inch, no bueno. As you look at the third picture, you can see that the tab is secured to the style on the cabinet on the right side of the dishwasher. When you look at the fourth picture, you can see that the tab is screwed into the side of the cabinet vs. the style. This causes the right side of the dishwasher to stick out by 1/2". When I called Quality Kitchens the woman that answered the phone was rude and said, "It's noted that your cabinets are not installed correctly." My response was, "Why wasn't that an issue for the first installation as the installer did not use the tabs for the first installation!"
