We had an error code on a dryer that is less than one year old. Spicher’s scheduled a service call immediately, and kept us informed of the service person’s progress to our house. The issue was detected, and resolved, within 10 minutes. The dryer is operating, but a new part was ordered to make sure the issue does not come up in the future. Now that’s service!

We've purchased a few appliances through this company and have always had a positive experience. Everything has been explained thoroughly from how the appliance works, to what to do if the warranty is needed. Please, purchase the warranty. The products are reliable, absolutely, and sometimes it comes in handy when a small issue comes up. After several years of having our electric range, one of the coils decided tk disconnect itself, so I gave them a call and Karen immediately flew into solution mode for us. Grateful is an understatement when you have a main burner not wanting to cooperate. I would come back for another appliance for the customer service level alone.

We had a part on our dishwasher replaced. As always from the call to make the appointment (ladies that take the calls), service department (Brandon), to the service technician (Ryan) my experience has been excellent. Ryan answered my questions and his explanation were easy for me to understand. I would recommend Spichers to anyone. This business is a full service company. Keep up the excellent work.

Spichers installers was very fast professional, kind and friendly. One of our appliance was damaged, but Spichers took it back right away and replaced it, with no problems. They installed our dishwasher and the exhaust on our stove which looks fantastic. Best experience I ever had in a long time. Thank you Spichers for taking care of us!
