⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Grateful and highly recommended! I’ve bought two used refrigerators from this store, and both are still working perfectly. The prices are unbeatable, and the owner is incredibly kind and easy to talk to—he really takes time to help and gives you the best deal without pressure. If you’re shopping for appliances, check here before anywhere else. Quality items at a bargain price. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future appliances.

I called to ask for help cleaning the inside of the whirlpool dryer because cat feces had fallen down into the top filter channel. After I told him my request was about the the terrible smell, he looked in the back and did something and said he fixed the heat. that it was now heating. BUT I DID NOT ASK FOR THAT. THE HEATING WAS FINE. He also lied about it. Three days prior, I had duct cleaners come out in an attempt to get rid of the smell. They vacuumed as far into the back of the dryer as they could, and cleaned the duct all the way to the outside of the house. The PG repairman tried to say he had cleaned it all! THEN, as he was moving the dryer away from the wall, he did something to dislodge the release valve on my water heater (which is right next to the dryer). Water poured out of the copper pipe. he called his manager who tried to tell me some reason why it occasionally happens. BUT IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE IN THE 13 YEARS I'VE BEEN HERE. So I had to call a different services to come out and repair the water heater. The guy had an extremely difficult accent to understand. No-one came with him to translate. What a mess. he had no idea what he was doing and lied about it.

Bought a used Refrigerator to replace a malfunctioning one in my garage. Delivered (cost $85, including removing the old one) the very next day. Only complaint is that the appliances did not have a price tag. I had to ask the price individually of each one that I was interested in. Still was a good deal & only took me about 30 minutes. P.S. I've driven past this store countless times and never knew it was there.

I purchased a Refrigerator from them recently, only a few weeks later the Refrigerator started leaking water from the bottom. I called back to see if I could get them to come out and repair the unit per their 30 day warranty, they informed me that I have to go through the hassle of shipping back the unit for repair and also pay for parts. They have great prices but beware of faulty equipment because once you leave with large appliances they will make you pay for parts and shipping to get it fixed which wipes out the discount you thought you received.
