Shore Appliance Connection

Great experience with Shore Appliance. I was able to get a same day appointment to have my refrigerator serviced. Tommy diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me in detail. He ordered the part immediately and it was installed after the July 4th holiday. Everyone at Shore was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Recommend them highly!

We had Lionel and Matt come to our house to deliver our refrigerator. What Great guys we had new floors put down. They put cardboard down, made sure it didn’t hit the doors very very cautious and respected our home. They were very nice. Answered all my questions and left with a handshake and a thank you for your business. These two guys are a number one and our sales person Donna was a great person to work with and answered all my wife questions about our new Appliance Miss Donna was a number one along with our delivery personnel Lionel and Matt. We had a great experience with Shore Appliance Connection. At the Lewes store, we purchased a full kitchen suite with helping us throughout the process. Our delivery was smooth and easy with two capable gentlemen from truck #3. They did a great job of leveling up the fridge and oven even though our floor was not level. The were careful about protecting the floor and walls. The install with Clayton from truck #1 did an wonderful job as well. He was incredibly knowledgeable, careful with his work and explained everything so we were clear with what to expect. I would recommend this team to anyone replacing appliances or installing new. Great job!!
