Over the past few years, Paul has worked on our clothes washer and dryer. He answers the phone or calls back shortly. His work has always been absolutely satisfactory and he fully resolved our problems. I would not hesitate to use him again and again.

After another company was a no-show for their appointment I called Paul, who arrived the next day. He even called ahead to tell me he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem with my washing machine quickly and had the part in his van. He was upfront about the repairs needed and his pricing was fair. I'd recommend Paul/Belmont Appliance for your appliance repair needs. FYI, he limits his area to Watertown and the surrounding towns.

Person who picked up the phone was very rude, not sure if that was the owner or not. Called and there was a 2 week wait, and then when I asked about being put on the waitlist in case there was a cancellation he hung up on me. Not professional at all!

Paul came quickly and repaired our washing machine. He found a foreign object blocking the pump and was able to get it working again in a very short time. He also ran a full set of diagnostics to make sure there was no other damage. I have used his services before and I will use them again, if need be.

Dryer would not heat up enough to dry and Belmont repair quite responsive. Paul Assessed, diagnosed & repaired issue within an hour. No need for new dryer so I was quite pleased. Prices very reasonable. I definitely recommend Belmont repair
