Careful with the new owner, he’s a crook. Charged me $225 for lubricating my dryer in 30 minutes. The tech took 30 minutes doing maintenance and lubricating it, I explained to them I have done that before and the noise had continued. Told them it may need new parts but they said that should take care of the problem. I refused to pay $225 as it was not agreed before they started “fixing” my dryer. That’s a rate of $450 an hour!!! I’ve worked with them before and they charged a total of $175 to fix my washer and that was including new parts. Stay away from these crooks and buy a new machine!!

I’m very upset with with management I went there because my dryer had problem he scheduled to send somebody and the cost for $75 after check machine e the problem he he suppost to told me we discuss price if I decide to fix he deduct and I pay the difference but he did another way check brind old piece from old or damage machine At end gave me a high price like price to buy a new machine out my consent this is desohonesti just put the review for people now how deal

Bought my first used fridge and it stopped working so I called them back got s new one delivered. 2 weeks later the 2nd refrigerator stopped working...slow keek and eventually shut off. Told me 2 days ago they would deliver a new one today (Saturday) between 10-12. 1pm comes around we hear nothing so decided to call. Called and was told they was putting the appliance on the truck and they would be here soon. Minutes later still nothing, not even a call. Called them back and was told my fridge would not be delivered until Monday! Furious since I have a table full of food with no where to put it and food that already spoiled. Sadly after paying almost 300 bucks they want to charge me a delivery fee after the sold me not 1 but 2 broken refrigerators. They have the nerve to charge me 100 bucks for delivery after reselling 2 fridges that don't even work! Going back Monday to get my money back and find somewhere else to go. Very unprofessional!!!!

The technician Cesar is a very knowledgeable person he knows what he's doing and he does a great job. He came to fix my dryer and I can say they have a customer for as long as they are around.
