Barbara needs to retire. She can barely answer the phone properly and is incoherent half the time. If you ask a question she doesn't want to answer, she'll tell you that you're talking to fast. She gets flustered and upset way too easily. She wants to tell you why you called, and what you're calling for before you even get a chance to speak. Maybe better to buy from big box stores to avoid headaches...

Can't say enough great things about their customer service and communication! I have purchased a few different appliances over the past two years and have always had a great experience. Especially during these crazy Covid times when my specialty stove was hard to find, Mike and his team went above and beyond and greatly exceeded my expectations... and their pricing is competitive too! You won't be disappointed.

We've used D Boy 4 times for refrigerator, dishwasher and washer issues. With the exception of the washer, which ultimately needed to be replaced, all issues were resolved quickly and with minimal cost. They are pleasant on the phone, show up within the window they set, and are reasonably priced. Have had Mike come three of the four times, and he's great.

Flawless service. My Maytag refrigerator stopped working on a Tuesday. Technician Mike was out to repair it on Wednesday. Mike was professional, tidy, and explained the issue and its resolution very clearly so that I could understand what had happened. He had all the necessary parts to repair the fridge with him. I thought the pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend this business to others in a similar situation. They will certainly have my business again when the time comes, A+!

We have bought 2 Maytag Washer-Dryer sets from them over the past 30 years. The sales people are polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The products are reliable and dependable lasting an average of 15 or more years despite considerable abuse from a family of 5 with 3 daughters. When they broke down, usually near the end of their service, it was easy to call D Boy, who sent competent, courteous and professional technicians to fix them. We give them our highest recommendation.
